- Mıgırdiç Margosyan'ın Ermenice yazan yazarlara verilen Eliz Kavukçuyan-Ayvazyan Edebiyat Ödülü'nü (Paris-Fransa) 1988 yılında kazanan Mer Ayt Goğmerı (Bizim Oralar) adlı kitabının, yazar tarafından yeniden, Türkçe olarak kaleme alınan karşılığı... Margosyan, 1938'de Diyarbakır'ın Hançepek Mahallesi'nde (Gavur Mahallesi) doğdu. İstanbul Üniversitesi Edebiyat Fakültesi Felsefe Bölümü'nü bitirdi. 1966-72 yılları arasında Surp Haç Tıbrevank Lisesi'nde felsefe, psikoloji, edebiyat öğretmenliği ve okul müdürlüğü yaptı. Öyküleri günlük Ermenice Maramara gazetesinde yayınlandı. Öykülerinde Doğu insanının yaşamından kesitler sunan Margosyan yalnızca Ermeniler'i değil, folklorik değerleri, gelenekleri, kederleri ve sevinçleriyle bütün bir yöreyi tanıtıyor okurlarına. Öykülerin büyüsü yaşanmışlıklarında gizli... Yazılarımda, bizim oraları anlattım, gördüğüm ve yaşadığım gibi. Tipleri ve adlarını hemen hemen aynen verdim, değiştirmeden, oldukları gibi.
