Answer: I think so. My bag seems to be very well made. It is substantial and sturdy and should stand up to luggage handling. I liked mine so much that I bought another for my wife. -

Answer: From the top of the fully extended handle to the bottom of the wheels, the Rascal is just under 39 inches in height. When the bag's handle is collapsed, the bag is 20 inches in height when stood upright. -

Does handle stay locked when extended? I tried a bag where handle would fall back down. Is handle long enough to create good tilt balance?
Answer: This handle does not technically lock into place. Once you pull the handle up it does stay up pretty well but there is not a push-button release to push the handle down, you just have to push and the handle goes back down. -

Answer: Fully extended it is 21 inches from the top of the bag.
