The mailbox does not come with screws, and in some cases, may be missing a bottom piece. The mailbox has good customer service, and the customer service address concerns that arise. The mailbox is easy to install, open and get the mail, and it looks nice. Packages are not recommended to be delivered into the mailbox but can fit small items like boxes of checks or small prescription bottles. The mailbox cannot be mounted on a fence unless there is a feature to mount mailboxes of this type.
