Drama Editorial Review
The Picture of Dorian Gray is a classic horror movie that explores the duality of man with all its tragedies. The film is a great artistic interpretation of the novel and possibly the most elegant horror movie ever made. Full of subtext and symbolism, the movie is a very enjoyable watch that wears well. The performances by the actors are superb, and the bluray transfer is nice with clear and sharp contrast levels. The behind-the-scenes commentary with Angela Lansbury is an enjoyable addition to the audio features. The bluray quality is much better than the TV versions remembered from years ago.
